We offer "Full Service Brokerage" which includes but is not limited to Buyer Agency, Designated Agency, Dual Agency and Facilitator Relationship.
John Colby Realty Inc. Offers a Rebate only to Real Estate Buyers who
use Colby Realty to act as their sole and exclusive Agent and who
complete a real estate purchase transaction with Colby Realty using one
of our Colby Realty Agents as their sole and exclusive agent.
Exactly what is the rebate?
Our rebate to the Buyer is equal
to 15% of the commission that Colby Realty receives from the
Seller. For Example on a typical $200,000 sales
price if
the commission received by Colby
Realty was $12,000 then the Rebate to the Buyer would be calculated as
follows: $12,000 x .15= $1800. The Buyer may use the
rebate
for
any reason including closing costs, improvements, furniture, etc.
Why does Colby Realty offer a Rebate?
We Offer
a rebate as an incentive to the consumer
to use Colby Realty as their sole and exclusive
Real Estate Agent.. This Rebate is our way of Thanking the
Consumer for dealing directly with us. We hope that Homebuyers in our
area will also take advantage of our Gift Certificate Program which can
provide an even higher value to the Consumer. Our Gift Certificates are
issued from Local businesses such as Hardware stores, Lumber Yards,
Installers, and Other Business Professionals from our Area. In many
instances, these Gift Certificates have a
higher face value than the 15 % cash rebate.
The choice is up
to the Buyer at
closing!
This is done in cooperation with local business
professionals in hopes of getting the Buyer better acquainted with
local businesses and professionals in our Geographic area. In spite of
today´s era of High Tech Communication Systems "
Word of Mouth " is still a most effective business tool. We hope that
we will create a Bond of Confidence where the Consumer will look to
